  • How long does it take to make, mail and then ship the toffee?
    The Valley Toffee team prepares each batch fresh when ordered. Please note it is made without preservatives or additives. So depending on the amount of toffee ordered and the number of flavors it could take 3-4 days for the toffee to be made, cooled, prepped, packed and shipped. We thank you for your patience in advance and thank you.
  • What if I need priority shipping?
    If you need priority shipping, please contact us directly to discuss your needs and request. We can be reached at adminsupport@valleytoffee.com. (Priority shipping costs apply) Please note shipping around the holidays can be a challenge. We will do our best to meet your specific needs.
  • What is the best way to store the Toffee
    Valley Toffee makes your toffee fresh, but we recommend for optimum freshness store the toffee in the refrigerator.
  • What nuts are used in Valley Toffee products?
    We utilize Peanuts or Cashews usually. Our Toffee does not currently include Almonds due to a severe allergy to Almonds. Our household and business try to be very aware of food allergies. When you place your order please be sure to add information regarding any food allergies. At this time, even though we offer several flavors of Toffee without any nuts; the toffee is made in the same kitchen as ones with nuts.
  • Can I order corporate gifts?
    Yes, absolutely. we will be happy to help build your custom client gifts. We can drop ship items from your address too😊
  • Can I do a customized order?
    We will be happy to customize your order based on your needs. Please contact us via email at adminsupport@valleytoffee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your individual need.
  • Do some of the Toffee items offered not have nuts?
    We do create specialty items that do not have any nuts. However, the items are made in a kitchen that uses tree nuts. We do clean all equipment thoroughly and sanitize all items in between production of items that contain nuts.
  • Are payments secure?
    Valley Toffee uses Wix Payments and is 100% committed to protecting you. Wix Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments.
  • What if I have questions about corporate or specialty orders

  • How are items shipped?
    Valley Toffee products are shipped through USPS There are additional shipping fees. Our Toffee prices do not include shipping fees

    Per the State of California, there is tax on items processed and prepared in a home kitchen. This is a recent change. Thank you for your understanding.
